Our mission is to develop the whole child; spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and academically.
Thalia Day School was established in 2007 as a non-denominational Christian day school. Although we are privately owned, we are housed in the beautiful facilities of Thalia United Methodist Church. Our school is conveniently located just blocks from Virginia Beach town center.
We serve children six weeks through kindergarten and we are open twelve months a year. It is our goal to meet your child's individual needs in a safe, caring Christian environment.

Music: We have a music teacher and have once-a-week music class. Children will sing songs and learn about instruments. The music teacher will also lead them in spring and Christmas music programs.

For an additional fee, your child may also participate in Soccer Shots, an onsite soccer program with a focus on character development, which positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, communication and curriculum.
